Some cannot imagine the morning without a cup of hot and strong coffee. Its stimulating effect and characteristic aroma are invaluable, but not everyone knows that coffee can also help with bad skin and cellulite. Natural coffee peeling is one of the most popular ways to improve the condition of our skin. How does this work? How to prepare such a homemade peeling? What can't be forgotten? We try to answer these and other questions in the following article. We invite you to read it.
How does natural coffee peeling work?
The caffeine contained in the coffee has properties that improve skin condition. Therefore, the use of natural coffee peeling is advisable and brings positive results. Regular application of natural coffee peeling makes the pores narrow, dead skin is removed and the skin becomes lighter. For the latter reason, this cosmetic created independently at home can be used to get rid of shadows under the eyes. At the same time, natural coffee peeling has rejuvenating properties - under its influence the skin becomes firm and elastic. Our face will look younger after a few coffee peeling sessions. However, it cannot be exaggerated - too frequent use of the peeling can have negative effects on our skin (we recommend to use this peeling maximum three times a week and at least once a week). Remember to apply the cosmetic to the body with circular movements. In this way we will achieve the best possible results.

What is coffee peeling made of?
Each peeling must have a uniform, dense structure. To bind the ingredients together, we must have a good binder. Natural honey can play this role. When combined with olive oil and, of course, freshly brewed coffee grounds, you get a coffee peeling. Of course, these ingredients are only a suggestion (for example, olive oil can be successfully replaced by coconut oil), and to obtain a peeling with appropriate physical properties, all of them must be stirred vigorously. When a homogeneous mass is formed, we can talk about a ready-made peeling, which is ready to be applied to the skin. The distinctive aroma of coffee has many lovers, but there are also people who don't like it - anyone who doesn't like it can add a ground orange peel to soften this intense aroma.
